(just inside front elementary entrance)

+ It is NOT necessary to register for 5-Kgn. if your child currently attends 4-Kgn. at Brillion Elementary.

+ Bring proof of child's birth date (proof is required.)

+ Bring child's immunizations.

Tuition Waiver Information:

Families who move out of the Brillion School District, and wish to have their child continue attending in Brillion Public Schools, are eligible for a "tuition waiver" that allows their child to continue to attend through the current school year; parents must then apply for open enrollment the following year. Tuition forms may be obtained in the district office.

Tuition Waiver Form: For a move on or after February 8, 2011 (2011-12 school year)

How and when may parents apply?
The open enrollment application period for the 2012-13 school year is from February 6-24, 2012. The application period closes at 4:00 p.m. on February 24, 2012. Late applications will not be accepted for any reason.
Parents may apply in one of two ways:

On-line (recommended) at http://dpi.wi.gov/sms/psctoc.html
Although on-line application is recommended, paper applications may be obtained from the Department of Public Instruction or any school district after January 2, 2012, and must be delivered (hand-delivery is recommended) to the nonresident school district.
